Well, my firm is doing some work for a online merchant who sells a lot of his products online and I need to know a few things:

1. Designing a shop front : I know it is HTML/CSS but where does it go?
2. Adding different scripts : Such as a tracking system, automatic invoicing system, credit card payment system, and some other wacky features

Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
