Well I personally don't like the color scheme but that's probably because I'm a guy.

But I did find some minor mistakes which make the layout a little bad,
The background doesn't repeat very well, alot of places it's not aligned right, like the stripes don't go straight, they get cut off.

I think the font color should be more of the lighter pink to make it more legible.
And the headings, the rest of the word should be a little closer to the capital letter, instead of W elcome it should be Welcome.

Other than that it's a pretty decent layout.

yeah, I didn't cut the background very well, it's a little bit messy.

And I've fixed the Welcome things, it looks better now.

I think it's not bad, but maybe the fonts, need to be of a lighter pink to be more obvious. Looks like a blog, keep it up!

I think its too much red. At least the text should have other color, cuz its hard to read. My opinion:)

I don't know why, but I like the layout. The color for others may be a bit too bright, but I kinda like it. Great job on it btw. It has a girl touch to it (which I think you were going for) without saying I hate boys. The only problem I see with it is that the content overlays over that darker red/pink color and it gives me a hard time reading the text.

How Do I Think? hmm...

I think there is too many different shades of pink, they bleed into the menus and different text sections. the bottom text is very hard to read.

You should sort the background out on the coded one.

The site content in firefox 3 on vista is off center, it's to the right. Don't think it's supposed to be that way, and don't have time to check other browsers.

Its not really my taste, but the layout is the nice, and i think the colors go pretty good together. Im using FF3 in xp, no issues that i see. Although I noticed you didnt have any roll overs on the nav bar, i think this might add to your site.
