My Zymic domain is: marwenmema.zymichost.com
But I have a registered domain name (marwenmema.com) which I would like to add.
When I go to the 'Account Settings' page and try to add this domain, I get this error message:
"Your DNS is not set correctly; either point your entire or A records according to the FAQ or manual."

Note: I already added the zymic nameservers in the registrar of my domain.

How long ago did you set the name servers? They take a while to change totally.

I already took that under consideration and waited a few days before I posted here, so I don't think that's the problem.

Same is the case with me, my subdomain is gsmbase.zxq.net
and I want to add domain name gsm-base.com
i updated name servers as ns1.zxq.net and ns2.zxq.net but still domain is not pointing to the name servers.......this is DNS Problem , i request all the administrators to solve the problem very soon.........waiting for your response

I don't mean to be rude guys but I wouldn't complain right now. The admins are busy getting the server running properly and busy with the server transfer. They will fix other issues later, but the main issue is getting the server transferred.
