I modified my index page and tried to upload it using Core FTP. I get this response "50-Error during write to file: No space left on device ".
How can that be ?
I'm using xxxx.99k.org
I removed my original index page before uploading the modified one.
Of course my index page no longer works and is blank

I know this site is free and when it works it's fine but it seems to be down 90% of the time.
You either can't upload to it or you can't access your webpage because you get this........

"Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

the transfer should soon finish. hang in there and im sure it will be much better after its complete.

You need to give the real address to your site. As it says in the posting rules for this forum.

And L.Kaiserblazer he's on 99k.org which isn't going through any transfer process, and hasn't had any problems at all recently.

hah my bad.. so its only vndv going transfer.. lol yeah that part of the info slipped my mind.. nvm..

More than likely your ftp client isn't allowing you to over write the already existing index.html. Try deleting or renaming the one thats there and then try uploading. Make sure it's just lowercase and no extra characters in it.

when i upload afile the ftp program
sayes
no space on the device
although i dont use large space or Bandwidth
i have agreat space left on the device

but when i try again in other time the upload works perfectly
i dont know the reason
please any one help us
