not with ftp or the site

Check for hidden files like .htaccess, and chmod permissions to 777.

What ftp client are you using? Or are you connecting via the control panel? And what are you trying to delete?

i juse fillezila but i can`t delete via the site
i tray to delete a bat instralation of joomla

Filezilla should be set to view hidden files by default. Right click a folder, press file attributes and tick all the boxes to chmod to 777.
