I am starting my own business soon and i am looking for someone to built my website.

I can probably build a half descent website myself but i am really looking for that professional feel.

It is going to be a website for a consulting engineering firm.

The person who is going to pick up this job can count for extra fees every 6 months as the webpage will need updating.
Adding new projects and news for the company.

Ideally i would like for the whole project to be completed within a month or two maximum.
I already have the domain name and the hosting sorted so no need to worry about that.
I am not looking to spend thousands on this project, as if i wanted that i would have gone to a professional company.

Most of the pages will be a copy and paste with a few words added (which i will supply as a word doc)



My website will need to be a static one with a CMS in order to update the news pages and the project page.

What language do you want this site coded in? Do you want it integrated with any scripts (wordpress, joomla, subdreamer, etc.)?

(This question is for future reference for those that are working on this project)

I am not bothered as long as it is user-friendly functional has that professional look, with some sort of CMS integrated in order to help me do the odd upgrade in the future.
