Not to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think you'll be getting $30 for that template.
It's much better than anything I've been able to do but I don't think it's worth $30, especially non-coded.

There are other sites on the web that offer templates better than this for $25 that come coded, though they're not unique sales (ie, sold to multiple people instead of just one).

yeah and this one especially would be best coded because it would have to link with some php scripting as well. (user login system, #of users, # of users logged in, e.t.c.)

yeah i dont really code . but if its not worth $30 for the psd im willing to lower the price down to $15? i think that would be a fair price for this design.
