everything is worked fine for me untill the final stage

i'm getting error in last stage of installation of phpBB on my site

i tried a lot for resolving this problem, while doing this i get this hint in phpBB menu

I honestly don't know, but the one thing that comes to mind is did you forget to add privileges between your database and user name in the MySQL Database Management section of the Zymic control Panel?

as i attached the second snapshot, it show that it's a general error regarding the SQL database,

i'm using phpBB version 3.0.2, which is letest, one error comes at the time of installation, in that minimum version of PHP is required 4.3.3, so that is running in safe mode

but i think it's not a major problem
i'm ataching it too


please someone suggest me anything, i want my site up as early as possible
