I tried to upload a file that was 23 mb and an error of file size limit appeared!
16000KB .... ~ 16MB NOT 25MB!!! aaaah!
"We provide you with 5000MB of web space per hosting account. You are free to use as much web space as you like however please be aware that the largest size for an individual file is 25mb."
Can you fix that?

23 mb.. but via ftp it allows me only 16mb

Hmmm, this might be an issue - the limit IS set to 16MB, and the documentation does say 25MB. I'll pass it along to Jack, so that I know which value is incorrect and then we'll correct it and get back to you in this thread.
EDIT: Ok, it's 25MB, we'll update it now.
EDIT2: Updated, you should be able to upload it now.

Sometimes its not the server that causes upload issues. I believe the FTP timed out. Btw why would you upload such a big file on the server?
