Some of you may have seen this, it's something I was working on for wozzym. I really want to finish this piece regardless of what happens to it. Any ways, right now it looks "incomplete" or " not professional". I'm trying to think of ways to make this logo better and make it look like a professionally done piece. Any input would be awesome.

Thanks,
Kevin DiGennaro

*Note that Quadzero belows to wozzym.

Not adding to it suggestion but if I were you I would move the little notes ccoming out of the speaker up or move it off the E and the R becuase it makes them kind of not visible

I agree with SSoft. And personally, I think the stage doesn't quite work...

Thanks for the replies guys, I've been all over the place lately, just got a chance to really look at this. I took both you're suggestions, I removed the "stage" and moved up the music notes, I also added a "silver metal" gradient to the music notes. Any other changes that should be made?

Thanks,
Kevin

Your updated version is better, however i think the text needs to somehow stand out from the background. they blend quite a bit. looks nice though.

I agree with Perry here. Make the text stand out more, and personally I'd experiment with text effects aswell, seems a bit off.

Any better now? I made the "Quad" text more of a "Silver metal look" and used the a dark blue gradient for the zero text to make it darker.
Liqfan
The Quad look nice now, but couldn't the whole image use a little more colour contrast? The Zero is too dark to fit the background, if you know what I mean. Just my opinion though.

I think different colours would fix a lot of your problems your facing here.

having a white background might help.
and instead of having lots of little notes, just have a big, bold one.

logo doesnt appeal to me sorry. Color scheme is dull to say the least and i would just say start over or rethink the concept. But good try non the less biggrin.gif

the word "Quad" is kinda small in size...
what if you enlarge it a little...
