Wow really long time since ive touched PS or notepad++, so since i moved back to the US i promised my aunt ill finish her site for her company... nothing to fancy but more something to show stuff... pics videos... dresses its not a store but more like an animated business card.
www.elegantbride.fr
or
www.elegantbride.biz
(i got the .fr domain later on because the store is located in Fresno CA so elegantbride.FR (plus the domains .fr were 0.99euro when i got it

))
Im looking forward to improve it, i take any feedbacks & suggestions !

A few things I would change, make the hover and "current page" titles not so hard to read. They are overly blurry and make it look bad IMO.
Tone the shadows on the nav bar down, they are way too ... noticeable? I don't know how to explain it, but it makes the nav bar stand out WAY more than it should. Plus it's overly blurry.
But I like how the shadow on the bottom portion of the nav kinda goes away a bit and makes the content background look like it's raised. I don't know if that's purposeful but that's how it looks to me.
I also like the purple color and the design for the logo, but maybe you can incorporate more of that color in the body, as far as I'm concerned it looks too different, and doesn't go well together.

Looking good Mrt, I agree with trippin with the roll overs, but I personally think the nav bar looks good, yes its a very harsh gradient, but it works in my eyes. I like the header alot, but something doesnt seem quite right about the text, the glow makes it seem blurry, but the glow looks good.... maybe try stroking the outside of the text with a one pixel line, maybe an off white or a light gray, this way it will sharpen up the text a little

I think the navigation bar needs new rollovers. I really like the header the most.

Its very nicely designed, however, I have to agree with sclek with the new hover idea. I think a blue font color change with italic touch would work very nicely.

maybe it's only me, but I think you're over using the gradient on this template, and also to much of gloss effect on your menu's link
it can be a great design if you fix the gradient and the gloss effect.

Sickness, this is Mr. T. who designed this. He loves gradient. I don't think I have seen a design that doesn't use any gradient at all. Also he doesn't like doing things the traditional way. I.e. he would rather code in HTML 4.0 strict rather than XHTML transitional.

"Also he doesn't like doing things the traditional way" it's not because it's done in a different way, that is necessarely nice for the eyes, and also, maybe he use html 4.01 because it's faster and easier to use.
P.-S. it's my opinion

Yes. It's kinda blurry and needs to be changed to something more sharp and easier on the eyes. Navigational elements' usability is important and should be taken into consideration when designing websites.
