I have a problem when I update my index.html or Welcome.html ( I use iWeb ); when I edit or add something in iWeb and save them to the folder and the put it up in my FTP. When my final index is already online, my website still doesn't show any sign of change.

I need to know how to refresh or something.

Control F5 is a non-cached refresh, alternatively clear your browser's cache, to do this with Firefox :

Tools
-> Clear Private Data

Then check cache and uncheck all others.

I've been doing that already.
on all my browsers. no good.

I read somewhere, with SSH, you can put a script for it.
but then, I'm no good with web development yet and Zymic doesn't have SSH.
