Wow, that is excellent. You are quite good! Lego`s are looking cool

Well, this is what the 3D machine LEGO dude has to say:

If you're a 3D beginner, then this is impressive smile.gif .

To make your model even better, you could make the elbows smoother and work a little bit more on the Stubby's lower half...
Jacob
It looks good mate. Somehow, Machine always makes a more complicated and advance model. smile.gif

Hey fellas, I'm not in this 3D thing for competition. I do it because I enjoy it -- so no worries there... smile.gif

My own LEGO model, as regular forum members will recall, made his debut forum appearance a while ago. He was feeling kinda lonely and is delighted to have more LEGO buddies to hang out with smile.gif .

And as I say above, this is an impressive effort for someone new to 3D. All the best!

thanks for the feed back and machine you know u said about his elbows well on a real lego man his elbows are pointy

so i dont think i need to make them smoother and more round.

his lower half how do u meen? as u can see with the pics i am postin mine is more accurate than yours huh.gif
Andrew
Your elbows are much more pointy than in the real one. They do need to be more round. Machines version is just less curved.

And I think your lego feet are a tad tall. But machines are too short

I meant these areas [see circled areas in the image below]. The detail on the lower half isn't clear in the first image I posted due to the scene's lighting, so here's the model from a different angle:

But listen -- I modelled my LEGO dude referring to an old LEGO police officer toy [black-&-white colour scheme; came along with a cute black-&-white cop car with a blue light on top; probably from the early-1980s] that I had as a kid and which I found after some a lot of searching smile.gif . I see from the images you posted that there are some small differences between your toy and the one I worked with. See image below:

Wow, I see from Googling for this image that this figure/toy is now 'rare'. Good thing I found it, eh? smile.gif

Anyway, see the small difference in the dimensions of the upper torso? There's a small height difference. That probably explains why my LEGO dude's legs seem short. But I will remain faithful to my childhood LEGO buddy and his dimensions [he's rare, after all wink.gif] and will keep the model as it is... smile.gif
