I know you can slice the images in imageready and export as html, but its not very good like that. Your best coding it yourself.

You're better off coding it yourself, although the slice tool can come in hand, in your tool pallet you can find a tool called "slice tool" or something. After you slice your image go to file, save for web&devices, then edit the settings if you like, then click save.

no, if you use the slice tool first to slice your image, then save it for web&device, it will save each slice.

Well, personally, I would ask Trippin7464 to explain it to you as he is by far (what I know of) the best PSD to CSS/HTML coder here.
I can do it but I think Trippin7464 would explain it better. Second option is you google for "psd to css tutorials" and that will give you a fairly extensive amount of results.

Jacob I'm pretty sure he's talking about using PS to generate an HTML code, that's not how Andrew works, he codes his own stuff completely (as far as I know)

Well I'm not. I still make stupid errors and take longer than I personally think should take to code layouts.

Most people start by slicing images using Photoshop.
There are plenty of video tutorials spoon feed your way throught
