It looks like you have a misconfigured .htaccess file - what do you have up there?

Thanks swordz. Problem solved after remove the .htaccess file.

But i do need the file and i using Drupal default .htaccess file, please let me know if you know what to modify in order to use the file.

Remove lines 30 to 58, we don't allow apache to handle php_ directives.

You removed ALL lines between 30 and 58?

If you did then jus try removing a couple lines at a time and see if it fixes your problem.
