i want to use external smtp server , like gmail , can i use on zymic.

You can't, zymic has disabled the ability to make external connections, meaning it won't be able to connect to any SMTP service.

It can't happen because it opens up alot of other options for people to abuse the service. It can't be easily made to only allow smtp connections and honestly wouldn't be worth while.

can u tell is if smtp is not allowed then is any method with which we can set up our contact forms:( except smtp technique.

You need to use php. Here's a reasonable basic tutorial on making forms, and basic manipulation.

For put it into a text file, start here, and what you eventually want is the append section.

Doesn't it uses sendmail as well? Sendmail is a php function, isn't it? So I think that's a no.

The mail() function is disabled by default. However, you can enable it by paying Jack $10 in the IRC.
