fsockopen() not support This function needs allow_url_fopen Item opened in php.ini . Please contact your provider ,make sure finished it.
It looks like a php error.
Could you help me to open that?

You probably need the mail() function enabled. This is possible - find Jack in the IRC. It costs $10.
