hi.. i am hosting a joomla site here (fore testing purposes) and i have a problem with the css...

Just a few hours ago, the css was fine until it suddenly reverted to a previous unedited version of that same file. I didn't do anything to my files, yet it suddenly changed by itself.

The site is using the wrong css file, although the links (between the page and css file) are correct.
When you try to view the site's css file, it is different from what is in the zhcp control panel (and in filezilla) - the one in zhcp is the correct one while the one shown in the browser (direct acess to its ur) is different.

I mean, how could it be that there is only one css file but the site is not using that? Why is the one shown via direct access not showing the right file?

Well, even if i delete the css file from the directory, the page still shows the wrong css file and direct access to the file doesn't lead to a 404 error. Wierd.

Please advice.

Thanks.
Ed
Very bizarre, What's the url? Sure it's not cached somewhere?

Im not sure though if it is cached somewhere...

Is it possible that caching is the culprit here?

it could be a cache issue......

try reuploading all CSS files.... and then delete cache

i have already cleared my browser cache but its still not working..

See if you can access this link... http://mykz78.zxq.net/lide/templates/custo...emplate_css.css

i have already deleted the css file, but the above link still shows the file (instead of a 404 error)

how is this possible?
Jack
It shows a 404 here, refresh your cache.
