Looks good, not that I'd ever use it, but then I'm a bit paranoid about identity.

1 small thing I noticed. In the profile, you've quite correctly mysql_escape_string'd the inputs, but then haven't stripped the slashes off, so you get I\'m etc instead of I'm.

You can just click submit and it has no check on whether the data supplied is valid and then it breaks the register...

That's some dangerous stuff, I've been on some websites who actually use those emails to use them in Spam, scam and other nasty stuff. I advice not to register on anything like that!
