hi guys. I have a problem with my installation. Please help me!!!

I got a free host from zymic, so i also created a database with user name and password. But when i install the vBulletin forum (i followed excactly what the instruction told me such as: server name:vndv.com; databasename; username; password), at step 2, this is what the page showed me:

"Step 2) Connect to the database

Attempting to attach to database

Error description:

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file."

i checked the config file many times but it doesn't work!!!

vBulletin is NOT allowed on zymic. It was in the TOS that you agreed to when you signed up, and there was even a mini terms of service that you had to read on the signup page that specifically said vBulletin isn't allowed.
