If you are experiencing issues with images not appearing on your assigned domain, but they work fine on your zymic subdomain, please post your url here and we'll endeavour to fix it.
Please, ONLY post here if this is the issue, other issues should be posted in their respective threads (use search) or a new thread created.
This issue has now been fixed on all new domains that are assigned.
Nothing works anywhere.
It's as if I have an account and have never uploaded anything and I have been on zymic for ... closing in on two years now.
what do you need from me in order to have a look and see what the trouble is?
Thank you for taking time.

How can you make images public in the index.html? ...
Most times "
typo's" are the culprit in the lack of images displaying in a web page. I looked at your "index" page source code (check your cla
mteam address to be
clanteam).
As for the image (banner1.jpg) not displaying from the "
images" directory in your "
Root" (hereitis.2ya.com) directory ... the likely culprit may be just a simple overlook of the file (banner1.jpg) not actually not being there - if the file exists and is uncorrupted: it should display.
Hope this helps you out.

You can't use images without a website. Host images with flickr.com, photobucket.com, imageshack.us or
logreg.zxq.net

The same here.
If you go here:
http://conscientia.zxq.net/?p=1 the image is there.
If you go to the home page
http://conscientia.zxq.net/ , the image doesn't appear where it should.
The problem is, for example, here:
http://conscientia.zxq.net/wp-content/them...rc=timthumb.jpgDoesn't matter what I put after the "=". Any of these work:
http://conscientia.zxq.net/wp-content/them...ds/timthumb.jpghttp://conscientia.zxq.net/wp-content/them...ds/timthumb.jpgWhatever.
What's the problem?
Thanks!

Problem solved.
It was just because of folder permissions.

I cannot see some larger images.
The weird thing is that small(very small thumbs) work fine but larger jpg images won't show up.
If I try an image say 50Kb + it doesn't work.
ALL FIXED!!!! HAD A COUPLE OF BAD IMAGES.... NEW ones work perfectly!

Hi, I have a test page which has a flash gallery. This has thumbnails and a main viewing area. My offline version works perfectly. When Uploading none of the thumbnails are displayed. Initially I had a problem whereby the capitalisation of folder names was not correct, but I have fixed that now. The process works, just without thumbnails. I dont understand it, the xml structure is the same for both the thumbs and the main image. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I've tried... Fully qualified etc.. no joy. The pages are in a sub folder off the root. I notice someone saying something about enabling images in sub folders ???. Thanks, Ade Updated - Fixed thanks Ed. Mixed case file extension names !

I am in the 99k domain, and my images are not currently loading.
http://awesomegmtut.99k.org/DragNDropDocs/movement.htmlEdit: Thanks, but is there a way to make sure that I can have my images load when I edit the page?
I plan to make more pages, so should I just use an outside hosting source or what, or will no images that I simply add work until the admins modify things?

I couldn't hit any of them when I tried linking to them directly. I noticed it might be as simple as changing some of the image's extensions in your code from .jpg to .gif. Also try reloading the images that are missing to the server...

I couldn't strike any of them when I endeavored connecting to them directly. I observed it might be as straightforward as altering some of the image's additions in your cipher from .jpg to .gif.

If your were experiencing images not shown
Check your image files uploaded via FTP and also the html files should has the same file name.
What I meant is this:
image.jpg IS DIFFEENT FROM IMAGE.jpg
Therefore, you believe check it out first.
ssfdre38
Feb 11 2012, 10:17 AM
also image.jpg is different then Image.jpg or even IMAGE.jpg so check it

Hello ssfdre38,
Unfortunately after clearing my browser cache, reflushing my DNS cache including off and on my DNS client, it still did not fix the problem. This happens in both Firefox and IE and that I have. I have also tested this on another laptop and the same thing happens.
Is there any other way I can do to solve this? The funny thing is that my friend who has the same ISP as me is able to see the images. So I doubt it is my ISP that is blocking the images from showing.
Thanks

if images or file not found check:
file name - filename is case sensitive. so be sure your file name and its extension.
file permission - make sure your file is accessible. you can change your permission in ftp.
file directory / address / url - make sure your file is in the directory. some problem when using / , ../ , ./
dir = directory
/ - main dir
../ - back one dir
./ - dir within the dir
