I have registered an account and a website at http://druha.vndv.com
But this website doesn't appear in my control panel.
I see there smth like this:

Forum Topics:    0

And:

You have no hosted websites

But my website is created - you can try it using the link at the beginning of the post.

Does my problem have a solution or I should create new webhost account?
