He guys, the company I work are looking to order custom designed clothing. From t-shirts to dress shirts, we are looking for something that will look good. I searched the web and have found couple of sites. But at the moment we only want to order 5 shirts (to present it to the committee for demo). The sites I found has a limit and does not allow me to have fully designed shirt. They only allow me to put it on the center. We were thinking of having a design like the one below. I can't seem to find any company that will allow us to make small order of such type. If you can, please do help.

Not the design, using image above to prove a point

Have you tried phoning/e-mailing the companies? Depending on how many shirts you may end up ordering, they might consider it a good investment to bend the 'rules' for this order.

Please advertise your requirements in newspaper and internet. Then you can buy that T shirt.

swordz: If companies say no to an order, they mean it. Lol. Printers and manufacturers are really pains in the arses when it comes to this sort of thing.
IamShipon1988: I still run a clothing company and I would be more then happy to get this organised for you. I can get whatever quantity, sizes, etc. made for you that you need.
The only down fall is the cost. The place which I get it done at is really reliable but expensive. They charge a one off establishment fee of $40 and $50 per colour (basically). The shirts I can get for about $15 each to be custom made.
PM me if you would like more information about it.
Jacob.

I suspect that print will cost quite a bit. The things that make this screen especially expensive are: the amount of colors, wraparound image, and wraparound sleeve print. For a low number run, I suspect you will be charged quite a bit. I suggest printing on American Apparel, as it is fantastic. As far as a print shop, you'd probably be best off to ask around. Post on the teefury.com forums or look about. Someone will help you out.

Hey guys/girls thank you all for your reply.
Swordz - What Jacob said is true. Most of the companies is a bit pain in the back and will not agree on anything. There are exceptions, but there are none that have agreed to what we wanted.
Jacob - Thank you for the offer, however those are really expensive. I don't think I will be going with your company since not only will I then be paying for the shirt, but also international shipping charges. Our budget is very low for these kind of jobs.
Cmain - I agree, these kind of jobs are very expensive, however, we are looking to attract customers through these and advertise our company. We are going to release two very big projects soon (and they are somewhat first of their kind) and we want to get as many users as we can. Mostly these shirts are going to be for free or a small fee. We are also going to order professional shirts for employees. I heard there is a local store here where our company is, I'm going to give them a go. I just hope they don't over charge.

Damnit.
I was actually looking into buying a small quantity of T-Shirts (6) for xmas presents as a gag gift.
I did find a website that offers them for $9.95 base (cheapest I saw), cheaper for more you order.
Your's will be more expensive I imagine because of the design but i'll look into it again and see if i can find the same one.

Can you share the link to the site you saw it for that amount. The local companies suck around here.

Id be interested if any one comes up with one, I'm looking into this as well for my band.
Anyways Im not sure if this is helpful information or not it's regarding HATS. hatworld.com, also known as lids, prints custom hats, I get them done at the store all the time they dont screen print them, they stitch them. It costs like 50 bucks to get a custom designed one. But i talked to the lady and she told me that if i uploaded my images onto a floppy disk shed wave the 50 bucks and just charge me for the hat and print fee...lol... Just thought it was interesting.
Good luck,
Kevin

I'm getting a run of one color shirts printed through gooctopusink.com
They are pretty good quality(American Apparel all the way!) and quite fairly priced.
