I don't know if it has been asked already but what is the maximum file size we can upload as I have found a video script that does not use ffmpeg (relies on the users windows media player or other software to decode therefore less server load required) and is compatable with the hosting and would like to let users upload videos with a maximum size of 25mb or 50mb preffered.

It's in the FAQ, 25MB.
