This has been mentioned before. By me actually. I've been a supporter of them for a while now. Great site for web developers.

See I like the idea they came up with, but it just takes way too long. To be honest all I need browsershots for is IE since I often use a Mac for my designs. So instead of waiting 20-30 minutes, I use an instantaneous netrenderer developed by Geotek: http://ipinfo.info/netrenderer/

It never takes 20-30 minutes even if you have selected to test it on all the too many bowsers, you can just check the boxes for IE only, on whatever platforms you wish, then it wont take that much time 2 or 3 minutes i guess..

Good luck lol

It really depends on when you are on. For me I am online when there are many other users online. Therefore, there are many requests being processed at one time.

browsershot used to be an awesome one of collecting website designs that you like.. but it's just too time consuming... until screengrab! came out!

EDIT: for developers using browsershots as design debugging.. this is way too slow. Try to setup all modern browsers in whatever OS you using.
