I am selling www.myls1.com, it is a LSX enthusiast community forum. It was created in May 2007. Currently there are 818 members, Google page rank of 3, an Alexa traffic rank of 153,089 and 8 sites linking in. There are approx. 11,300 unique visitors a month, 114,800 page views per month, and 1,383,320 hits per month. Traffic comes from search engines, other forums, video/photo hosting sites, links on sponsors websites, and word of mouth. update... a lot of people have been asking about revenue. the site was never meant to make money, it was more like a hobby. however approx. 1 year ago we began accepting donations and have brought in approx. $10,000. there are some sponsors on the site but most are friends who either paid once or traded something for a spot. if someone actually tried to make money from the site, i'm sure they could make much more. thanks.

MyLs1.com is a community website for all LSX vehicle enthusiasts where they have a profile with information they would like to share with other members, their cars information and projects, upload pictures, make or join social groups, forums for multimedia and technical discussions, share videos and meet new people.

The site also has photo galleries, car repair and installation guides, a home page also (currently not in use) where they can see the latest sponsors products, friends updates, new members, latest photos uploaded, birthdays and more.

As a difference from any other LSX site, "our competition", MyLs1.com is a community website similar to facebook, its not just another lsx forum. MyLs1.com has probably the most friendly LSX community, an outstanding staff which grew up with the site and are willing to keep helping in any possible way.

Website Statistics:

- 10,648 Monthly unique visitors (and increasing)
- 94,082 Monthly page views (and increasing)
- 13.58 GB Monthly bandwidth
- 946 Members (and increasing)
- 1150 MB of disk space used (adding members galleries, database and site files)

We can provide the website traffic statistics from the main server called Awstats, up to date, we recently added google analytics, so the traffic will be calculated and not as accurate as the one from the main server.

Financial:

After being a part of other LSX sites and some of them having the site out of control, and an unprofessional staff, MyLs1.com started with the idea of just having a very friendly community, an outstanding staff to offer a good service for LSX enthusiasts and adding few extra things from all other lsx sites.

After some time, of having a good reputation, our members were very thankful for the services we were providing, so we added a donation system for them to donate at any time they would like.

We have since then received over $5,417 in donations only (in a year) and $10,764.50 from advertising and sales. We also contacted few places to advertise with us, but we never used the advertising as our main income, because we didn't want our members to be bothered by ads. Of course with the traffic we have now, advertising would generate huge income from targeted places, and/or using google or yahoo adsenses. (no doubt!)

We thought of adding a store once, but decided not to because my wife and I, which are the ones that run the site, don't have the time or the necessary funds to invest, but any LSX related product on the site will sell.

Potential:

This site for sure is profitable!

- Any lsx stuff on the site on a shopping cart will sell
- Sponsors are ready to start advertising with the traffic myls1.com has
- Donations system is there, and donations revenue will increase with each new registration.
- The site could be optimized for google or yahoo adsense at any time. (recently added a few but just now in October and only in one place on the side)
- MyLs1.com has counted by hand serious competitors

Reason for selling:

I am a musician, and just got contacted to be signed on a good music contract for my first album, so I would not have the time to run the site any more.

Our target is to find a new owner who is willing to keep the site and community as beautiful as it is, and of course to take it to a better level.

I will not have enough time to offer a daily maintenance, but I would offer my service as a 2nd administrator or as a moderator or staff if my help is needed for the time the new owner/s get used to the site, and the maintenance it requires.

I'd be willing to accept a cashier's check or through escrow. I'd also be willing to go with an earn-out deal (with something down). However I am very flexible, what kind of payment methods would you like? Also how much would you offer for the site? Thanks.

Also, I would throw in my list of clients. There are approx. 150 who just never got set up on the site and also a list of potential clients who have not been contacted before.
