I'm attepting to install phpBB3 but cannot complete the installation as I cannot find the DSN Address.
This is the page I get.
Databse Type: MySQL
Databse Server or Host Name: (this is what I need)
Database Server Port: (I need this too)
Database Name: (my database name)
Database Username: (my username)
Database Password: (my password)
Prefix for tables in database: phpbb_

I can't find the required information. I've created a database and everything needed. I just need the information listed.
