They both look the same to me??

nope, second one has a smaller blue area jetteh. they look good, i prefer the second one. Simple, and not very creative, but they are still well made.

2nd one's better.

I personally dont like it. This design doesnt do a good job of representing a professional hosting company. If its just a mock up then all be it i still say its not fit for its purpose.

The color scheme is very vivid in the sense that it is bold but at the same time boring. But it isnt finished yet as you said an i am sure you will improve this. the design concept itself is pretty good. Good job so far

2nd one aswell. Looks clean, but I don't think the blu bar that shows where you are, or the rollover or how you wish to name it looks out of his place. Probably because it's the same colour as the bar below, but looks off to me.

And there should be more going on, there isn't much content, but looks so empty, How would it look like with more content like a login panel, register panel, all those fancy stuff you can expect on a hosting website

I've started a new template from a new idea, it's gonna be totally different,
