I want to create forum in my free hosting website. Can you teach me how to do that? Which software shall I install? and what to do after installation.

Look up phpbb etc - I don't own any forums, so have no idea what to suggest, but there are several out there.

You need to choose a forum with no database to make it easy to implmenet.
You can use a free forum at
http://www.yabbforum.com/No database is needed, so it is all scripts and the data is stored in files.
