Sorry sclek,
It's nice and all but I don't thik it's worth 12.5 and definately not worth $75 for a reseller license.

Aww, Well it is fully coded in XHTML + CSS so I thought it would be worth that price.
So what do you think it is worth then?

The site was good the design I mean but I think that's not what I'm looking. Maybe I have to create my own to enhance myself.

Ah, I didn't realize it was coded valid XHTML CSS
Umm.. In that case I would say you might b able to sell it for the price you have it for basic license, but definately not $75 for reseller. I'd say around $30 for reseller.

Ok. I guess I will change the reseller price to $35 because I think $30 is maybe a little low.

That's still a little too high. I know I sold some really good designs (most of which are better than that and more advanced) for a cheaper price.

I personally don't think it's worth that much. You're much better off giving it away as a free template to draw in traffic to your site. But I don't know how much traffic it would draw in.

In order to get at least one sale, the price is now $25 USD for reseller license. There is no more basic license.

The big C in the middle is a copyright symbol, to stop people simply stealing the template...

Hey I have a great idea? Why not just make a salsa theme?! Wouldn't that be great?
