I set up a new database earlier, set a password and assigned all the privileges, yet when I want to go into PHPMyadmin, the login box pops back up with both fields cleared.
I set vlaanderen-flanders_99k_org_reloader as database name and the same as username.
Hence I use vlaanderen-flanders_99k_org_reloader as username and then enter my password, but what I mentioned above keeps happening.
By the way, in my account settings it shows there is 1 MySQL database and 1 MySQL user. So the setup must have worked.
What do I do?

Username looks a bit too long 16 characters is the limit, try creating an additional shorter domain and create a database on that, then use those details to connect to with your primary domain.
