Are you allowed to host multiplayer game?

I am currently making a game called: Opex.

Two options here:

- Multiplayer Game like a server-style, not possible because it's a hosting website for websites.

- Online like runescape or something.

I'm guessing at second option, so my answer is: Read the terms of usage, rules and what files are not allowed. I don't know any of em, so that's basicly it

If you're making your own script etc, that's fine. If you're running a server for an outside game, you'll probably struggle, as outside connections are not allowed, and this type of use is not allowed anyway.
