I am working on an image gallery website (for only my own images), and I was wonering what licence would be good for images. I don't want to chase people around for using my images, so I am going to use a creative commons license. I am going to use the CC Share Alike license, but I am not sure whether or not I should allow commercial use of it?
Also, I am looking for a star icon (for rating images) that is open content. I will give you credit for it though, if you want.
Thanks.

That is fairly simple to make. Are you looking for one that is 'dimmed' down and one that is lit up, for rollover effect and rating effect (4 stars lit up, 1 dimmed means it's rated 4 stars)?
I can't make it til later tonight and someone will prolly beat me to it but I can do it if nobody else has done it.

I would prefer one filled, one not, but dim and lit up are good too.
And what license would you use for it?

Lol, I'll do both for you and you can choose which you like better.
And license? None - you can have it. It's such a simple image you can have it, use it and not give any credit whatsoever.
Also - Did you want them to be PNG (ie, transparent outside the star) or have the background outside of the star to be the same color as the page? If you want it to be a color instead of transparent, what color (# format please) is the background of your site.

I would like a transparent background, if possible, on a gif, if you can anti-alias properly with it (to transparency)
If not, png is great.
