I discovered the problem - when I put address without /index.html but just domain name (my case is http://battles.vndv.com the system goes with "403 Forbidden! The address you have entered is not open to the public". If i add /index.html it works... but what's the problem? earlier entering just domain name redirected to index.html... now it doesn't. how to fix it? Please, help!!!

I was going to say your index.html is actually Index.html, but it's not.

Do you have an .htaccess? It's all I can think of, although I expect it wouldn't throw up this error. Come onto the IRC, we'll see what we can do.

I have the same problem as well..... when I try to enter the site with http://jayceechan.vndv.com,
I get this error:

My site was working fine yesterday....and I havn't done anything with it for several days....but this morning, I tried to check the site and I got this error.

Yes, the permission for all the files is set so it is readable by everyone.

The thing is, I can access all the other pages on my site (for example: http://jayceechan.vndv.com/index.htm, http://jayceechan.vndv.com/Film/film-main.htm), I just cannot view the page when I type in the address bar: http://jayceechan.vndv.com. I get the error:
"403 Forbidden!!
The address you have entered is not open to the public...."

Any assistance would be much appreciated!!!
