Horrible service here.

I have been a member here for a 3 weeks now and I havent been able to log in to my control panel yet I am allways getting the following error message and any page that loads takes forever. Worst Hosting service I have ever seen in 13 years of publishing sites on the internet. You should close out your account and never use this service again, and tell everyone you know to stay away from Zymic Hosting service. Service is so bad that Zymic may as well not exist at all. Not sure how they even manage to be online in the first place someone should shut them down and tell the admin staff to stay away from computers because they havent got a clue as to how run a website. The service ive seen here I dont think they even know what the on off switch is on a computer. I am amazed this forum even works, took me 2 weeks just to get logged in here to post this message.

Zymic hosting service !YOU SUCK BIG TIME!
I will never reccomend your service to anyone not even my worst enemy!

My god how do you manage to be on the net in the first place.

Does anyone even work here?

Ahhh. I just signed up and thought I was being dumb when I could not create a webspace.

Well anyway, I'll hang on a few days and see what happens, cos this is a good service for free --- if it works.

Though i do admit most americans r lazy, me being one of them, most people i know would already have this fixed now and adults here are usually better on computers than most adults. I am only 15 and can make a better site than this and now i am really thinking of just hosting my own site instead of having to go from different web hosting sites all the time.

Jesus people calm down. And just so the "Governah" knows, all the admins are NOT american.

As for the problems, calm down. Everyone here says it sucks and they could do a better job, I would like to see you guys manage over 60,000 accounts. (and thats an OLD number).

Calm down and wait for it to be fixed. The server itself is running fine, it's just the signup page. And FYI this thread you are posting in was originally started because the old server ( #2) was down, they have since brought that one back up and aren't allowing anymore signups on #2. The new server #3 is up and running and has been running great minus one small downtime. The signup issue is known and will be fixed as soon as possible (and not all problems can be fixed in 5 minutes mind you. If i'm not mistaken this problem is caused by the control panel software they use, therefore they have to contact the maker and find a fix that way).

I know it sucks that we don't get up to the minute updates of what is going on, but most of the admins hang out in IRC and thats where I get all my information. (and some inferencing is done on my part from previous knowledge). Give zymic a chance and you'll find it's really a great host minus it's recent failures.

And if it's really that big of a deal to have 100% uptime, why aren't you guys paying for hosting?

To be an amazing host, you have to figure out errors. When you recieve these errors, you know the next time what to do...
Zymic will come through and they are free, it's amazing offers for free, You can't get anywhere else. Be paitent, or be a webhost yourself.
