Hey people, im new here, and got a question or 2....

I am by no means an expert coder, and have no real intentions for an informative and steady website...

I want a place where i can learn more about php, and step up a CMS, somewhere wher eit can be hosted, so i can get feed back on my work and in general, learn.

is this allowed?

ulbm told me to fuck of and banned my account... after i spent 3 weeks making my cms <.<

I noticed your having problems, but thats not what i meant....

at stonerocket for example, befor i can get to editing my site, i needed to post a request to get it activated...

places like ulmb i just dove right in....

Yes - there are no steps like that, except there is an e-mail, but I can't remember if it's confirmation, or just information.

Just one more question in advance....
When i get connected and try to access mysql databases... whats the host name? localhost, sql, keiran420.yoursubdomain.... ?

That always slows me done for the 1st 20 minutes as i try a load of possibilitys finding the right 1 XD
