I like it, but the title is kind of messed up because of the loosy jpeg format.

I like it. You can tell your still learning by the looks of edges etc. Try to make the edges of the boxes with picture and customer reviews more fading. It stops at a certain point, and makes it little ugly imo.
And your Mortgage button is below the menu instead of behind it.

liqfan take a screenshot, because I don't see what your talking about.
I also agree that using jpeg isn't a great idea for websites unless you set them on the maximum resolution. I personally use png for websites.
I also think that you should use text in all places you can, like the "What our customers say..." and your footer were two prominent areas you should have used text. It's also easier to update if you use text, what if the clients wants a minor change, you'd have to re-open photoshop, change the image, save the image, make sure it's the exact same size as the other one so it doesn't get mal-aligned. It's just easier to change the text.

It is fixed now, don't know how it happend or why. I'm using IE7, could be an error in the CSS or w/e he is using.
