hey, im really hopeing someone can help me with this.


I have set up a website, and in my 'add user page' if i type in all the details and press 'submit', it displays 'error insert query failed', however when i look at my database, it has added the user.

Also i can not log into my website with the user_id and password off the database.

Attached is my add user page and my login page.
