The most common reason for this error is that your site has been suspended. If this is the case re-read the TOS, work out what you've done, then come onto the live chat to get unsuspended.

Your traffic to your website was way too much for our services. It is suggested you get some form of paid hosting (though we do not offer paid hosting) because our servers cannot handle the load your site was bringing to us. You were causing issues for others making their sites load slow.

Ed responded on live chat that weather scripts are not allowed. I don't see it in TOS but I replied I will take the weather part down. Can someone reinstate my login?
