Jack has said that people having this issue will need to create a new account on the new uuuq server. The database restoration lost 30 days of accounts therefore you're having problems logging in because it doesn't know who you are.

The new server will be online within 24 hours according to Jack's update here: http://www.zymic.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=14204

As for the lack of communication, I personally have not responded to this thread because I was waiting to see if Jack had a fix for this.

So do we still post accounts that generate the error or not?

It said something about re-registering. I took that to mean create a new hosting account.
Am I correct in my interpretation, if so, can I use the same names, if not, will the list of bad account names be removed?

Yes you are correct you will be re-registering but on the new server with the domain uuuq.com. And yes you can use the same domain on uuuq.com as long as you register it before someone else does.


You won't be able to register on vndv as it's full. You can register on the new server. Should be up within 24hours but keep yourself updated by reading the news post Jack posted. He'll update it when there's more info.
