why do the the websites go donw for so long longest was a week

On the Zymic Home Page, a news has been posted "We have restored a backup of the VNDV.com platform caused by database corruption of the user accounts data and all websites should load fine now. We apologize for this delay and have created some extra measures to quicken this fault if this ever occurs again."

But still there is same problem...neither the websites are not loading nor ZCP. What is this? Agreed that there can be problems and it requires time to solve them but now it's been a week & then what about this news? Is it a fake one?

thanks it is a fake all sites are down and pissing me off

My site is still down too. I can't pull it up, and I can't login to that site through the zymic site or filezilla . Help?
