Is the top nava buttons or text. If they are buttons, is there PSD to edit them and change it to what we want?

It has already been used before. I think asking $600 for unique purchase is way too much especially for this simple template.

Not your design, the different colors for different pages. http://invisionpower.com/ is the largest example I know of except they don't have the links to the pages colored. There are others too.
