Some users have reported to use they get a 502 gateway error if they try and visit uuuq or login to a uuuq control panel, such as this example:

If you get an error please vote in the poll or post here with more information. We assure you that the stability of this platform is a high priority and we have already been looking into this issue which started occurring today.

I click on the login button and I get the same message. Thank you though Jack for all your help. I'm sure it'll be resolved soon.

That is the message that I get in both cases, when trying to login to SITE CONTROL PANEL and visiting WWW.UUUQ.COM

it is now working for me, I had posted some hours ago about this. It now lets me login, thanks for the fix

just tried accessing www.uuuq.com --> 502 Bad Gateway

However, if I access my own site (emilys7.uuuq.com), it works fine.

This is a individual in charge of straightening out the server issues, if you currently ARE or previously HAD issues with the server reporting a 502 Error (Bad Gateway) please follow this procedure;

1. Clear browsing history. If you are unsure how to do so, please follow these instructions;

Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data > Check off all boxes > Click "Clear Private Data Now" > Then restart your browser

Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Click General Tab > In "Temporary Files" section, click "Delete Files" > Click "ok" to delete all offline files as well > Click "Clear History" > When prompted to "Delete all items in your History folder?", click ok. > Click "ok" to close the options dialog > Restart Browser

2. After following the above steps, please enter uuuq.com into the browser of your choice - if you STILL have issues then please report here. When you are reporting that you are experiencing issues, please let me know what kind of Operating System you are using, and the browser you are using.

I just opened a [ uuuq ] account for testing, and it is working fine when I use ws-ftp for logging-in. I use several Browsers on my Micromess-Windows Drives, Opera, SeaMonkey, and Micromess IE-6. Also, I use a Linux Platform Drive for most of my Web-Browsing, namely Novell/Linux 10.3 KDE, and It comes pre-loaded with the Mozilla Browser. It reminds me of my old Mac G3, easy to use, and my [ vndv ] Project is loading spiffy again, so thanks too much, Jack.

correct i did that before i seen this topic and it worked fine and would have posted that earlier but i only use uuuq.com for testing my files:)
