We have stepped up the task of moderating new websites with constant checks 24/7. If you upload a phishing website you will face deletion of not only your website, but any other websites you have with us as well, deletion of your main Zymic account and a sitewide BAN.
We also backup the contents of your website, including any files, databases, HTTP logs, FTP logs, registration logs (email/IP address) and archive them so we can report them in our monthly reports to the SOCA (Serious Organized Crime Agency - UK) and FBI (USA).
Zymic is not the place to upload illegal phishing websites.

out of curiosity, do you backup the content, files, databases, ect. only if we do something against the TOS, or is it done on a regular basis?
