uuuq server is down?

I can connect in FTP or ZCP, but i cant visit my site

i seem to be simalarly experiencing this.
my webpage does not load at all and no error messages come up, its as if it just a blank site.
even happens when i put in an invalid subdomain.

all this happened after i attempted to install a template for my smf forum.
i can still acces by the control panel and ftp but just cant view it....

When I view my online pages they are just blank. It was OK about an hour ago, now nothing.

For some reason i cant see my web, i still can conect via ftp but just cant see my site, any idea?

Hi... yeah I seem to be having some kind of problem... not really sure what's going on... when i try to direct my browser to my site, nothing happens... no page loads, no error, no nothing... idk if its just my computer or if it's just a temporary problem... anyway my site is http://kael.uuuq.com if anyone knows what's going on.. .any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah... that's the problem i'm having too... so it would seem that i'm not alone here... hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

I merged everyone's post. Yes it's not working properly, the admins are asleep, it's about 5am where they are. If Jack isn't being alerted via his phone about this, then it'll have to wait until someone wakes up and comes online to see that it's down. Be patient, and please don't create any more threads. Post here if you want to complain.

Me too, am having the same problem like you guy, my website, http://mmdigital.uuuq.com, just uploaded my forum and are going to install it but then, it became blank only and my IE say DNS error, the page could not be open.

At least we know its site wide now.

I have some important files in there for public view. So please let me know, if these kind of problems are frequent.

just wondering if any progress has been made, i have been waiting 9 hours. not a complaint just a request for an update on the info....

It seems that uuug.com is nothing more but a vhost on a server assigned for free hosting providers.
Sorry to say this but there is several thousand users using the same server from different hosts providers using the same server.
But thats how it is with free providers, just have to live with the downtimes

Freehostblog, you make it sound like we're down 24/7. We're not. Our uptime for this month average for both servers combined is 98% and expected to hit 99% by the end of the month. If it wasn't for this problem today we would be close to 99.98%
