I am having problems with my uuuq account since day one.

First problem: when the web pages are edited in uuuq file manager or if uploaded via ftp they donot show the changes even after 30 minutes or an hour. this has happened for 2-3 days that i was working with the web pages. i have tried clearing my temp internet files and run disk clean but that does not have any effect.

Second problem: the forum installed in my account is not active. its been showing a 'Network TCP Error' for the past 3 hours or so. the forum link was working this morning. its a phpbb3 forum. with this link the coppermine gallery installed is also not working at this moment in time.

I havent got a clue as to why these problems are appearing. i have read the instruction manual and followed the procedures.

I think that their server has to be in maintenance.

(sorry for this english but i am french !)

since when is their server under maintenance? i am having the mentioned 1st problem since last week.

It is is only a hypothesis!
I noticed the problem at 9:00 am ( the hour French time )
But I do not know at what time began the problem

OK! You guys need to stop complaining! The servers are down and the admins/mod will let you know when this issue has been fixed.

I am sure there are other threads about this same topic, so please read the other posts first.

i think there needs to be a merge of all the topics coz its hard to got thru all. sorry for the inconvience but having to deal with this for days its a big frustrating you know.

2 day ago i've installed a cms: xoops (2.0.18).

it was worked very good!

but today first the domain uuuq display nothing and now my site is visible but with errors in some line of php file (i have change nothing !)

Warning: realpath() [function.realpath]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 6481 is not allowed to a.... etc etc.

i've change manualy some code of php file and i have notated that the error is the word "new". but naturally if i cancel that word the software dont work.

some idea ?
