I'm trying to install MediaWiki in the uuuq.com server. When I have to entry the database user and password, it says:

Attempting to connect to database server as lousan...failed due to authentication errors. Check passwords.

I entry the next data:

Database host: localhost
Database name: basedatos
Database user: lousan
Database password: **********
Check password: **********

Could someone help me with this problem?

You need to create a database and user, and use those details. Follow this tutorial.

Thanks, but I had solved my problem. The name of the database was too long, and I made another database with a shorter name.
