i am downloaded a template and i wanna see it for my website how do i get it there and how can i my my colors and pics instead of using there's thanks.

Well if you want to customize it with your own colors and pictures i you would have to go into the raw code and edit it yourself. Might be able to use dreamweaver (if you have it) or some other easier code editing program.
Then to upload the template either use http://net2ftp.com or download filezilla (http://filezilla-project.org) or another ftp client.
