I'm new here, and I can't access my zxq.com account. I've tried several FTPs already and nothing seems to connect here... what do I do?

what is your username ?

for some reason ftp user names changes here, some times it could be 'username' others it could be 'username@zxq.com'

it has been like this several times for myself so you could be suffering the some problem

They don't "change". uuuq.com and vndv.com accounts are in the form of 'username' and all others (including zxq.net) are in the form of 'username@zxq.net'

Also it's zxq.net not .com

well what i stated happens to some of my sites so i don't know, my accounts before uug.com and vndv.com do this,

and said zxq.net because i don't currently have a site under that domain so i don't know the url
