Who do you all think could win?...I think if Obama or Clinton win the democratic election that the democrats have a chance...If they would put Hillary as Vice President for four years and let the public get used to her and trust her then she would have a better chance...and for Obama...at first I figured he would get a bunch of black people to get out and vote but I have heard him talk about Welfare reform...so I doubt it now, As bad as that sounds ...its true, Most black people live on that and do not want to shake it up

Another thing that scares me about Hillary and any other Candidates that have not had some military in their background is that the President also takes on the role of Commander and Chief of that Military...Now how can someone justly say 'Yeah go to war' When they have not experienced being away from their family / risking thier lives...Now I don't think that if you weren't in the military than you shouldn't be president, But there should be some kinda class you can take or like Military training at least
And for Republicans I have not seen many of their debates yet so I don't have much to say on their side...Just that if Fred Thompson wins, instead of the traditional president song they need to use the Law and Order Theme Song...Rofl...
What do you all think?

Right now I am for Mike Huckabee (not like it matters, too young to vote) I watched Mitt Romney's speech and I think he has a good chance of getting some Conservative votes as Mormons are almost as conservative as you can get, But the true evangelical conservatives will go for Huckabee #1 because they won't get over the fact the Mitt is Mormon and #2 because Mike used to be pastor and #3 Because Chuck Norris Said So!!!! :

LOL...you guys did not see the metaphor in my statement. I purposely spelled it wrong to state how we really don't care about him running. (It was in a way a sarcastic term).
I actually don't know. I am voting this election but can't decide between Obama and Clinton. I really liked what Bill Clinton did, but not sure if Hillery will be able to withstand/compare/even come close to what Bill achieved (especially with the scandal.

Rofl yeah...Hillary will have a hard time finding a drunk dork who might remotely find her attractive...and as for obama...well Paranoid pretty much covered him lol
If I was old enough to vote I would vote for Huckabee right now...Doesn't mean I would still when it comes time to because its not over yet but from what I have seen he seems like the most electable one...

Isn't that Mitt's religion?
I don't know a lot about Mormons, but I heard some pretty nasty things/practices they do.

Yeah...But Mormons are very conservative...so Mitt might get a few conservative votes...But at the end of the day the true evangelical conservatives will be too bothered by the fact that he believes all that Mormon shit...

Well for one thing, Bush makes it look like anybody can run for president. Whoever the winner is should be prepared for a good roasting. The media loves to roast any minor flaw ppl do. America needs someone to fix that defying yosemite sam image we currently have. You talk about US or make fun, or symbolically send events to come concept to us, we go to war with them.
What kind of pastor leaves his calling and runs for president. Huckabee knows how to send them jobs to foreign countries, he did a good job doing that as a former governor. Na, perhaps I was scape-goating a bit. It seems as governor, he probably did built up the economy in the newly create areas of population of the state of ark, but neglected other areas. Hilliary definetly looks like a power seeker, can manipulate and deceive with aggression if the other finds a flaw in her arguement. Obama runs for senate and wins, and thinks, hell if I can win a senate seat, I might be able to be president. Dont know much about this Romney person, I hear ppl already calling him a moron.
I'm looking for a president who wont neglect criticism when elected, and at times able to take malicious verbal assaults and turn it into somekind of useful learning experience. A military record for president isnt nescessary, A spiritual or religious belief isnt that nescessary, but is somewhat of impotance. I'd perfer someone that has a faith that isnt caught up in repititive traditions and obscure general concepts. A person with a concrete concept of existence and a confused experience with good and bad due to not focusing attention on their own values, but also a person who knows when and how to move on issues when needed. The president needs to be a good puppet for the public good at least or a average american. They should enjoy the roller coaster of the economy, A true honest friend to other countries.
Anyway, So far, I'll pick barack osama or mitt romney at this moment. I thought that law and order dude, had a good image. Ron Paul comes off as a undercover yosemite sam, he doesnt have enough advertising that gets out to the mainsteam media, so his image can change. Paul doesnt come off as a power seeker, like most of them though. To me the office of president is just a government public position, like garbage man, or post man. They have a few more options, of course, but not many responsibilities. Mainly a ceremonial thing.

Anyone who wants an update:
Republican side
Mccain is going to get it, the only one left is Huckabee and he doesn't have a chance to get all the delegates needed...
Democrat Side:
Most likely Obama will get it...It is possible for Hillary to get it but I doubt it...
I would prefer if Mccain is the nom. that the Democrats get it, if Mccain gets in office and does a bad job, people would dislike the Republicans even more and thered be 20 years of democrats

That petition is NOT a petition it is a fucking mixed up POS. Anyways, you may all call me crazy but I want Hillary to win. Just because I know that Bill will be right there with her helping make decisions. Bill was a great president and I think the two of them combined would make a HUGE difference for our country. (And that difference IS for the better)
I DO NOT want obama to win. He isn't even black. So theres no point for him to win. If there was another black guy I'd probably vote for him, (long as his ideals are in line)
And I'm not really up to date on McCain so I have no opinion on him.
